The fruits of Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 donations for teachers bonus salary adjustment, delivered by Shashamane Foundation President Bro Karl Phillpotts and being handed over to staff members by JRDC Chairman, Sydney Salmon; JRDC Managing Director and Atto Abdissa on December 19th 2025.

The staff conveyed their gratitude to all who were able to give to this bonus cost of living adjustment to their income in a national economy with a 30-40% inflation rate of 150 Ethiopian Bir to 1 USD.
The total delivered in this 1st part bonus was 171000 Ethiopian Bir and another to be delivered at another date in the middle Semester of 2026.
